Privacy Policy — ゴルフサブゲーム計算表
Tam Works（以下「当方」といいます）は、スマートフォンアプリ「ゴルフサブゲーム計算表」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報
利用者が本アプリへ入力する情報
本アプリでは、ラウンド管理および計算機能を提供するため、利用者が任意で次の情報を入力できます。
- メンバー名、グループ名
- コース名、ラウンド日、ティーオフ順
- スコア、ポイント、ゲームルール、カスタムボーナス
- ラウンド履歴、ルールプリセット、各種設定
これらの情報は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存され、当方のサーバーへ送信されません。本アプリには、利用者アカウントの登録機能およびクラウド同期機能はありません。
広告配信に伴い第三者が取り扱う可能性のある情報
無料版では、Google AdMobによる広告を表示する場合があります。広告配信事業者は、広告の配信、効果測定、不正利用防止、法令遵守等のため、端末情報、IPアドレス、広告識別子、広告への反応、概略的な位置情報、診断情報等を取り扱う場合があります。実際の取扱いは、利用地域、端末設定、同意状況、広告設定等により異なります。
アプリ内購入に伴いストア事業者が取り扱う情報
プレミアム機能の購入および購入の復元には、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Playのアプリ内購入機能を使用します。決済情報はAppleまたはGoogleが管理し、当方がクレジットカード番号等を直接取得・保存することはありません。本アプリは、プレミアム機能の利用可否を確認するために、購入済み状態および商品識別情報を取り扱います。
2. 利用目的
- ゴルフのサブゲーム、スコア、ポイント、ティーオフ順および清算結果を計算・表示するため
- メンバー、グループ、ラウンド履歴、ルールプリセットおよび設定を端末内で保存するため
- 利用者が選択した内容を、端末の共有機能を通じて共有できるようにするため
- 広告を表示し、広告の配信・測定・不正防止を行うため
- アプリ内購入、購入状態の確認および購入の復元を行うため
- 不具合への対応、セキュリティ確保およびサービス改善のため
3. 情報の保存場所と保存期間
メンバー、グループ、スコア、履歴、プリセットおよび設定等は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。利用者は、本アプリ内の削除機能または初期化機能により対象データを削除できます。アプリを削除すると、端末内のアプリデータも通常は削除されますが、購入履歴はAppleまたはGoogleのアカウントに紐づき、ストア側で保持される場合があります。
4. 第三者提供・外部サービス
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、当方が保有する利用者の個人情報を本人の同意なく第三者へ販売しません。本アプリでは、次の外部サービスを利用します。
5. 共有機能
利用者が「結果をシェア」等を実行した場合、本アプリは利用者が選択したラウンド結果を、端末の標準共有機能またはクリップボードへ渡します。共有後の情報は、利用者が選択した共有先サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。本アプリが利用者の操作なく結果を自動送信することはありません。
6. 広告に関する選択
地域や法令上の要件に応じて、広告に関する同意画面またはプライバシー設定が表示される場合があります。また、端末の広告・プライバシー設定を変更できる場合があります。プレミアム機能を購入した利用者には、本アプリ内のバナー広告を表示しません。
7. 子どもの利用
本アプリは、子どもを主な対象として設計されたものではありません。保護者の同意が必要となる年齢の利用者は、保護者の管理のもとで本アプリを利用してください。
8. 安全管理
当方は、本アプリで取り扱う情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、合理的な措置を講じます。ただし、利用者の端末の故障、紛失、OSの動作、第三者サービスまたは通信環境に起因するデータ消失について、完全な防止を保証するものではありません。重要な情報は、利用者自身でも適切に管理してください。
9. 利用者の権利およびデータ削除
端末内に保存されたデータは、本アプリ内で個別に削除するか、設定の初期化、またはアプリの削除により消去できます。広告配信やストア決済に関して第三者が保有する情報の確認・削除等については、GoogleまたはAppleが提供する設定・窓口をご利用ください。
10. 国外での取扱い
Google、Appleその他の外部サービスの利用に伴い、情報が利用者の居住国以外の国または地域で処理される場合があります。その場合、各事業者は適用される法令および各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報を取り扱います。
11. 本ポリシーの変更
当方は、機能追加、外部サービスの変更、法令改正等に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内、ストア掲載ページまたは当方ウェブサイト等の適切な方法でお知らせします。

1. Information Handled by the App
Information entered by users
To provide round management and calculation features, users may voluntarily enter information such as:
- Player names and group names
- Course name, round date, and tee-off order
- Scores, points, game rules, and custom bonuses
- Round history, rule presets, and app settings
This information is generally stored locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to our servers. The App does not provide user account registration or cloud synchronization.
Information that may be handled by advertising providers
The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. For advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, advertising providers may handle information such as device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location, and diagnostic information. The actual information handled may vary depending on the user’s region, device settings, consent choices, and advertising configuration.
Information handled for in-app purchases
Premium purchases and purchase restoration are processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Payment information is managed by Apple or Google, and we do not directly collect or store credit card numbers or similar payment credentials. The App handles purchase status and product identifiers only as necessary to determine whether premium features are available.
2. Purposes of Use
- To calculate and display golf subgames, scores, points, tee-off order, and settlement results
- To save players, groups, round history, rule presets, and settings locally on the device
- To allow users to share selected results through the device’s sharing features
- To display, measure, and protect advertisements against invalid activity
- To process in-app purchases, verify purchase status, and restore purchases
- To address defects, maintain security, and improve the App
3. Storage and Retention
Player, group, score, history, preset, and settings data is generally stored locally on the user’s device. Users can delete applicable data using deletion or reset features in the App. Uninstalling the App will normally remove locally stored App data. However, purchase history may remain associated with the user’s Apple or Google account and may be retained by the applicable store provider.
4. Third-Party Services and Disclosure
Except where required by law, we do not sell personal information held by us to third parties without the user’s consent. The App uses the following third-party services:

5. Sharing Features
When a user chooses a feature such as “Share Results,” the App sends only the content selected by the user to the device’s standard sharing function or clipboard. After sharing, the information is handled according to the privacy policy of the service selected by the user. The App does not automatically transmit results without user action.
6. Advertising Choices
Depending on applicable law and the user’s region, the App may display a consent message or privacy options relating to advertising. Users may also be able to adjust advertising and privacy settings on their devices. Banner advertisements within the App are not displayed to users who have purchased Premium.
7. Children
The App is not designed primarily for children. Users who are below the age at which parental consent is required should use the App under the supervision and control of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure, loss, or damage of information handled by the App. However, we cannot guarantee complete prevention of data loss caused by device failure, loss of the device, operating-system behavior, third-party services, or network conditions. Users should appropriately manage any information they consider important.
9. User Rights and Data Deletion
Data stored locally can be deleted individually within the App, by resetting settings, or by uninstalling the App. To access, manage, or delete information held by advertising or store providers, users should use the settings and support channels provided by Google or Apple.
10. International Processing
Through the use of Google, Apple, and other third-party services, information may be processed in countries or regions outside the user’s country of residence. In such cases, the relevant provider handles information in accordance with applicable law and its own privacy policy.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy in response to new features, changes in third-party services, or changes in applicable law. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the App, the store listing, our website, or another appropriate method.
